1. Terms of Service
1.1 Service Description
Leoing Media Group (HK) Co., Limited ("we", "us", "the Company") provides the OpenClaw Fresh Installation service ("the Service"), an AI-powered automated server deployment solution. The Service uses an AI agent to remotely connect to a customer-provided server via SSH and perform a complete installation and configuration of the OpenClaw platform.
1.2 Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You must have legitimate access to and authorization to install software on the server you provide.
1.3 User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide valid and accurate SSH credentials for the target server
- Ensure the server meets minimum system requirements (Linux-based OS, sufficient disk space and memory)
- Ensure you have proper authorization to install software on the target server
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with the installation process while it is in progress
1.4 Payment Terms
The Service is offered at a one-time fee of HKD $299 per installation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price in full. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.
1.5 Service Delivery
Upon successful payment and submission of server credentials, the Service will be initiated automatically. The installation process is fully automated and can be observed in real-time through our web interface. Typical installation completes within 10-30 minutes depending on server specifications and network conditions.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing server issues or misconfigurations
- Network outages or connectivity problems on the customer's server
- Data loss resulting from insufficient backups prior to installation
- Incompatibility with non-standard or heavily customized server environments
1.7 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.
1.8 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
2. Privacy Policy
2.1 Data We Collect
We collect the following information to provide the Service:
- Email address — for order confirmation, delivery notifications, and customer support
- SSH credentials — server hostname/IP, port, username, and password or key, required to perform the installation
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your card details
- Order details — order ID, timestamps, service status, and installation logs
2.2 How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Delivering the installation service you purchased
- Sending order status updates and completion notifications
- Providing customer support when requested
- Improving service quality and reliability
2.3 Credential Security
We take the security of your server credentials extremely seriously:
- All SSH credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
- Credentials are only decrypted at the moment of use during the installation process
- Credentials are permanently deleted from our systems upon completion or failure of the installation
- Credentials are never logged, cached, or stored in plain text at any point
2.4 Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Stripe — for payment processing (governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government request
2.5 Data Retention
- SSH credentials — deleted immediately after service completion or failure
- Order records — retained for 12 months for customer support and accounting purposes
- Installation logs — retained for 30 days for debugging and quality assurance, then permanently deleted
- Email address — retained until you request deletion
2.6 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing

2.7 Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may use essential cookies for basic site functionality only.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The installation has not yet been started
- You cancel your order before the AI agent begins the deployment process
3.2 Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- The installation failed due to an issue on our end (e.g., a bug in our deployment system)
- The Service was unable to complete the installation after multiple automated attempts
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis. If the failure is caused by server-side issues (e.g., insufficient resources, incompatible OS, network restrictions), we will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund.
3.3 No Refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Successfully completed installations
- Failures caused by incorrect or invalid credentials provided by the customer
- Failures caused by the customer's server not meeting minimum requirements
- Requests made more than 14 days after the order date
3.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@leoingmediahk.com with the following information:
- Your order ID
- The email address used for the order
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Stripe.
